1.1 What can I do with FancyAI?

With FancyAI, you can easily create high-quality photos and videos for your online store, local business, or marketing needs. It offers a variety of backgrounds and AI-powered tools to help you save time and money while making professional-looking visuals!

1.2 Log in to FancyAI on Desktop.

To sign up for FancyAI, simply visit the homepage and click the "Start Creating" button. You can sign up with your email or log in with your Google account. After logging in, you'll have full access to our editing and AI tools to start creating your designs.

1.3 Create your first FancyAI design.

Getting started with your first project is simple.
Just follow these steps:

① Upload an image from your device or pick one of our free templates.

② Use the editing tools to add text, elements, or adjust the layout to your liking.

③ Save or export your design. Pro plan subscribers can export without the watermark.

1.4 Use AI Editing Tools (get 3 free Fcoins at signup)

FancyAI offers AI-powered tools to help you easily create high-quality visuals. New users get 3 free Fcoins at signup and can subscribe to a Pro plan for more Fcoins, unlocking advanced AI for top-notch images and effects.
Steps to Use AI Editing Tools:

① Choose an AI editing tool from the workbench page (e.g., AI Background Removal).

② Upload your image or video to get started.

④ When it's done, you can customize the result in the editor or save it.

① Upload an image in the DIY editor section on the workbench page.

② Select or deselect "auto background remover" to start editing your image.

1.5 Export or Save Your Creation

Every image or video created in the editor will download without a watermark upon export. You can find the file on your desktop.

2.1 Is FancyAI free to use?

FancyAI offers free access to basic AI tools and templates, allowing you to use Fcoin deductions up to three times and export your creations without watermarks. However, free access doesn't apply to features like virtual try-on, video background remover, and certain Pro templates.

2.2 What does the FancyAI Pro plan include?

With the Pro plan, you get full access to all AI tools and templates and can download images or videos without a watermark. You'll also enjoy fast, high-speed generation guaranteed in under 10 seconds. Depending on the duration of the Pro plan you subscribe to, you can generate or download anywhere from 300 times to unlimited.

2.3 What payment methods can I use for the Pro plan?

You can pay using the third-party payment method, Stripe, when subscribing to FancyAI on desktop. Users in some countries may see local payment options that are only available in specific areas.

2.4 What's Fcoin?

Fcoin is the digital token for FancyAI, giving you access to all AI tools and templates while keeping track of your usage. Get 3 free Fcoins when you sign up with FancyAI, and unlock 300, 2,000, or unlimited Fcoins by subscribing to a Pro plan with different time options.

2.5 Is sales tax included in the price?

The price of FancyAI does not include consumption tax, such as VAT, GST, or other sales taxes. You may be charged a consumption tax based on your country or location.

2.6 Can I try the Pro plan without payment?

FancyAI doesn't currently offer a free trial, but new subscribers can pay just $0.99 for their first payment on the weekly Pro plan.

2.7 How can I change or cancel my subscription?

You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Changes to a different billing period will take effect immediately, while cancellations will be effective at the start of your next billing cycle.
If you downgrade your subscription from an annual plan to monthly or weekly, the refund will be credited to your Stripe account with us. If you upgrade from a weekly plan to monthly or annual, you'll need to pay the price difference.
